Executive - Retail Sales Operations - Bikes (2-3 yrs)
Purpose of the Job :
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to overse daily operations at our store. As the Store Manager, you will supervise the operational an organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrativ tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sale goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrat outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills .
Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree
Sales Experience : 2-3 years
What will you do ?
- Checking Quality of Bike Merchandise
- Maintain log of all bookings served during the shift
- Maintain log of all bikes, their odometer readings, documents
- Update all the daily, weekly and monthly sales
- Attend customer enquiry calls at your Store location
- Upsell to the customer by pitching all the available fleet.
- Meet sales targets by upselling and cross selling the merchandise
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Monitor inventory levels and report accordingly
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc.) and report it to Store Manager as and when needed
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

Salary Range - 1,90,000 to 2,16,000 PA
