Executive - Retail Sales - Gold & Platinum Business (2-4 yrs)
Counter Sales :
- Looking for sales executive for for Gold & Platinum Department
1. Should have prior 2 year experience in customer handling
2. Presentable with good communication skills
3. Staying or ready to relocate near Chinchwad
Shift Time - 10:00 am to 09:00 pm
Weekly off Monday :
- Customer Engagement : Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Sales Achievement : Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Inventory Management : Assist with inventory control, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory counts.
- Transaction Processing : Handle cash, credit, and electronic payments accurately while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Problem Resolution : Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Reporting : Track sales metrics and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to management.
