Executive - Retail Sales - Furniture Domain (2-5 yrs)
Position : Sales Executive
Reporting to : Showroom Manager
Experience : 2+ years
CTC : As per industry standards
Working Days & Timings : All days with One day Off between Mon - Thurs. 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
Location : Marathalli, Bangalore
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Greet and receive customers in a welcoming manner. Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
- Attend Digital Enquiry and respond to the customer's requirements
- Respond to customers' questions and Direct customers by escorting them to their respective product/ category
- Serve customers by helping them select products
- Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- Should be a Graduate - B.Com /B.A from a reputed college or University
Preferred Skills :
- Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.
- The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach.
- Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
- Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.
