Executive - Retail Sales - FMCG (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and direct customers.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after- sales services).
- Answer customers questions about specific products/ services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross- sell products.
- Ensure racks are fully stocked.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).
- Taking care of Retail department.
- Products procurement.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Creation of costing file.
- Customers handling.
- Customer support.
- Team handling.
- Daily Sales Report.
- Email drafting.
- Training will be provided for retail operations.
Mandatory Skills :
- Email drafting
- Good Computer knowledge
- Communication skills
Languages: Good English, Kannada & Hindi
