Executive - Retail Sales - FMCG (0-1 yrs)
Job Title / Designation: Retail Sales Executive
Job Description:
Responsible for dealing with customers, answering queries, selling goods, handling payments and making sure that the goods are attractively displayed. In specialist stores, for example a sports goods or computer store, you may need a level of specialist product knowledge. Need to travel to complete target for the day.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers- questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Mandatory Skills Set: Good Communication, Passionate towards sales and quick learner
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: No Prior experience is required, Fresher
Annual CTC: 1,20,000 LPA
Location(s) of Job: Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore
Minimum Education Requirements: 10th standard Pass/ 12th standard (Junior College) Pass
No of rounds of Interviews: 2
Number of positions Open: 50 For Chennai, 50 for Bangalore and 50 for Coimbatore
Work Timings / Working Days: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
