Executive - Retail Sales - Fashion/Gems (2-4 yrs)
We are urgently hiring a Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counter sales within the fashion, retail, or gems industry, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and sales expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Handle counter sales efficiently, providing product information and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area, including product displays.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
- Process transactions accurately and manage cash register operations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and improve overall performance.
Mandatory Skills :
- Proven experience in counter sales, preferably in the fashion, retail, or gems industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
