Executive - Retail Sales - Cigar Company (2-4 yrs)
Role & Responsibilities :
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our reputable cigar company in Delhi. As a Sales Executive, you will be a key player in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand within the luxury cigar market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Revenue Generation :
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting both corporate clients and individual customers.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software.
Client Relationship Management :
- Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, needs, and requirements.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and expert guidance to clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge and Education :
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our cigar products, including their origin, flavor profiles, and unique selling points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and quality of our offerings.
Networking and Brand Representation :
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company's presence and establish new connections.
- Represent the brand professionally and positively, upholding its reputation and values.
Sales Strategy and Reporting :
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.
Market Research and Insights :
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Contribute insights to the team to refine marketing and product development strategies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record (2-3 years) in B2B and B2C sales, preferably within the luxury or premium products industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Understanding of the cigar industry and its nuances (preferred).
