Executive - Retail Sales (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
Experience : 0-3 years
Location : Pune( Seasons Mall (Hadapsar), Undri, Viman Nagar, Karve Road, Baner, Pashan, Pimple Saudagar).
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Greet customers when they walk through the door
- Explain about brand to customers
- Ask customers what they are looking for and show them at least three or four models.
- Active during sales time & Generate sales
- Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
- Ring up sales and arrange for delivery or pick-up of the customer's order
- Upsell extra items when appropriate, such as mattress covers and bed frames
- Invite customers to search our website for coupons and other ways to save money
- Inform customers of delivery charge and make sure they know we Will haul away old mattresses
- Knowledge about billing
- Stock Counting
- Stock reporting
