Executive - Retail/Counter Sales (1-5 yrs)
- Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager
- Target achieving - Individual and Store wise - Monthly and yearly includes category wise and GHS
- Need to handle 2 to 3 retails stores in same locality
- Customer Focus and ensuring excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Communication / presentable/ Grooming standards
- Front Sales activities - Individual target achievement
- Activities planned by Store Manager to be executed
- Co-ordination with other Team Member / Floor Manager / Store Manager
- Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager on special Occasions and Anniversaries
- Managing and responsible for Counter Stock Inventory
- Product Feedback based on customer interaction
- Following commercial processes and company standards
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
Physical demands :
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
