Job Description :
Retail sales executive provides custom industry specific information to prospective customers and customers to promote understanding of relevant products and processes.
Key Activities :
1. Greeting customers and taking orders.
- Processing payments.
- Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
2. Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.
- Updating the product inventory.
3. Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
4. Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied.

1. Effective customer service strategies are a must-have
2. Good communication skills are important
3. Should be able to sell products to customers
4. Also possess good negotiation skills
