Executive - Research & Pre-Sales - Recruitment/Staffing (0-3 yrs)
You prospect new business via emails, calls, internet research, etc.
You follow up on leads and conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects.
You identify key buying influencers (entrepreneurs, hiring managers, etc) within prospects.
You build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
You daily prospect new business from existing set of clients using internet research, calls, emails, instant messengers, etc.
You work with the marketing, business development and client engagement teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.
You manage data for new and prospective clients using tools like spreadsheets, crm software, etc.
You ensure communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.
You regularly prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
