Job Description:
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Sales Executive / Virtual Sales RM to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales over phone/ video calls and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective Remote Sales Executive/Virtual Sales RM must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, should be able to identify customer holiday/travel needs, pitch the correct membership plan & convince the customer to buy membership. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over phone & video calls, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to pitch them about company membership.
- Calling fresh, churned, and cold leads to convert them into sales, collection of downpayments, sales logging & system updation. Ensure minimum EMIs are collected as per the payment plan sold to the customer.
- Drive monthly unit and revenue targets.
- Attend mandatory daily new calls, meet the connected calls requirement, and follow up cases.
- Handling and addressing customer escalations (if any).
- Pitching to existing customers to upgrade to a higher tenure membership, generating referrals & closing sales.
Skills:
- Proven experience as an end-to-end sales executive (remote/field) only.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably through a virtual mode.
- Good knowledge of relevant Excel, telephone systems & able to pitch using presentations.
- Ability to learn about products and services, describe/explain them to prospects and drive sales closure.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with an ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Ability to work as a part of a team & handle a high-pressure environment.
Industry Experience: Mandatory Travel/ Hotel/ Tourism would be preferable
