- We are looking for candidates for the role of Field Sales Executive, Regional Sales Manager and Zonal Head/Sales manager Team
Field Sales Executive :
- Field sales managers monitor the efforts of sales representatives to ensure that sufficient sales are closed. Field sales managers are often referred to as outside sales managers.
Regional Manager :
- The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily and long-term operations of a company's stores across a geographic region. As a Regional Sales Manager you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual store selling patterns.
Zonal Manager :
- Primary Role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement in all aspects of Sales, Specifications & Field Marketing in the assigned Zone to achieve the business objectives. This would include sales process improvement and infrastructure management.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement B2B strategies to meet company goals.
- Engage with farmers, dealers, distributors, and co-marketing companies to provide solutions and support.
- Handle App Admin panel related tasks, including data collection.
- Respond to inbound and make outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to support continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an agriculture-related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data collection processes.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and marketing strategies.
