Executive - Public Relations & Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Role & responsibility :
- Self develop regular fresh content via blogs, social media etc.
- Self design creative posts, brochures, branding guidelines
- Create & execute end to end marketing campaigns (email, sms, WhatsApp and social media) in line with the overall brand vision.
- Overseeing all aspects of our marketing department, including our marketing database, email, branding, and promotional activities, and display advertising campaigns.
- Competitor analysis, a market analysis of campaigns, corporate brand initiatives
- Ideate and execute the monthly and annual brand plan and communication strategy with supporting budgets, innovative ideas, brand messaging for multiple media.
- Develop marketing plans for new brand/ product launches.
- Partner with agencies to deliver on time & in full all marketing communication.
- Monitor & Review campaign effectiveness.
Desired profile :
- 2 years min experience in similar field
- Outstanding in communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Experience in running email, sms and WhatsApp campaigns
- Experience in managing social media handles
- Decent understanding and experience in design work like creatives, brochures, presentations etc.
- Experience in running paid social media campaigns especially linkedin
