Executive - Public Relations & Digital Media (2-5 yrs)
About the role
We are looking for Executive - PR and Digital Media to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content marketing and brand strategy, with a proven track record of building and scaling the brand. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies.
Responsibilities
- Driving creativity and innovation in content creation
- Develop and implement content strategies across organic and paid marketing channels to build brand awareness and engagement
- Craft compelling brand narratives and messages that resonate with our target audience
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to connect and celebrate the Magenta story
- Engage with online and offline audiences through various platforms and events
- Lead focus group discussions to gather insights and refine brand messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand and content strategies with business objectives
Candidate requirements :
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in PR and Digital Media, preferably in the startup
Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and storytelling abilities, proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, experience in building and scaling brands across digital platforms
Education qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication or related field
