Executive - Project Sales - Construction Business (3-8 yrs)
Job Title: Project Sales Executive

Experience: 3-5 years
Responsibility:
- Achieve project leads according to the monthly target (this will be the measurement during Probation period)
- Win the project in responsible area to generate sales volume according to the sales target
- Key Account Management - Maintain strong relationship with Developers.
- Conducting product presentation and Pre-sales to Architects, Interior Designers & Developers and Contractors
- Provide technical information/solution based on customer's requirement i.e. BOQ calculation, AutoCAD Design, etc.
- Feed market situation (market trend, market price, and on-site update) to Head office team
- Co-ordination with internal team in Gurgaon and head quarter in Bangkok
- Co-ordination with external team such as factory & related party
- Product : Wall system and Bathroom System
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in related field or higher
- 3 - 5 years- experience in construction business or related field
- Advance Communicate in English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Experience in preparation of design scheme, Tentative BOQ, Actual BOQ, Technical proposal, detailed design and working drawings shop drawings and Technical Installation support at site on various types of projects.
