Executive - Process Support/Customer Service - Telecom (3-5 yrs)
ROLE : Process support Executive
POSITION : Lead Enterprise
LOCATION : Mumbai
- Ensure immediate / within TAT resolution of all tickets raised through ownership and if required coordination and escalations to respective functions/ teams (if required.)
- Ensure escalations are raised to the appropriate teams with proper information and within the specified time.
- Highlight recurrence of specific issues.
- Managing bulk provisioning requests.
- Do Analysis on daily transactions with respect service provisioning
- Highlight Process Deviations by Region/ state/JC to Manager.
- Ongoing real-time support to operations personnel, especially in the JCs and state.
- Coordination with states and multiple touch - points for internal complaint resolution.
- SR Closure.
Key Result Areas :
- Ensure resolution is a quality resolution.
- Timely delivery of the information to the state process owners for resolutions and action taken.
- Timely Close looping with stakeholders at State and NHQ
