Executive - Presales & Telesales - Real Estate (0-3 yrs)
Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Pre Sales Executive for an esteemed Real Estate Group in Ahmedabad.
Location : Ahmedabad
CTC : Up to 2.5 L P.A.
Age : 25 to 28 years
Job Description :
1. Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.
2. Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided from various lead generation sources.
3. Sharing Project information with the customers.
4. Answer Customer queries received via chat/email and calls in a professional, friendly and accurate manner.
5. Resolving any query related to the project.
6. Ensure high customer satisfaction.
7. Follow-up with the clients for Site visit & Revisit on a regular basis.
8. Support in assigning the leads to the Sales team.
9. 120+ daily calls.
10. Follow approved workflows while responding to customer inquiries.
11. Processing the email and assigning the lead to the Sales team.
12. Maintaining accurate records for leads / walk-ins / Source etc.
13. Should maintain the CRM and ERP Systems.
14. Should assist their Supervisors from the Marketing & Sales Team.
15. Mandatory Sat & Sun working.
16. English Communication is Must.
