Designation: Pre-Sales Executive
Experience Required: 6month to 2years
Location: Delhi, Hyderabad
Position Summary:
We are seeking a pre-sales executive with good communication skills and a hustler's approach. We are committed to empowering individuals by facilitating access to quality education abroad through customized financial solutions. As we expand our team, we seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who may require financial assistance for their education abroad.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and educate them about our education loan products.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and rapport-building.
- Stay updated on the features and benefits of our education loan products.
- Effectively communicate product details and eligibility criteria to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition of a lead from the Pre-Sales Team to the Sales Team.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion.
- Ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the engagement process.
Required Qualifications:
- Freshers can apply with minimum 6month experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong persuasion skills
- Comfortable working towards sales targets
- Empathetic and patient approach towards potential leads
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
