- Prefer from Telecom industry, or IT product experience.

- Knowledge of MS-Office specially Excel, Word & Power Point would be an added advantage.

- The deep product knowledge is required to write a sales pitch that highlights the product's features and benefits.

- Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Positive, service-oriented personality.
- The ability to take complicated products and services and present them easily to customers is an essential skill required to become a successful presale professional. He/she require written and communication skills to create sales presentations and verbal communication skills to present ideas and speak confidently.
- Assists in developing empathy towards the customers as it allows the salesperson to put himself in the customer's shoes and think what can satisfy the customer most.
- Carry out discovery effectively, researching customers and drilling down into problems to develop a strong understanding. Make the complex simple and easy to follow. Communicate solutions to the customer in a compelling way
