Executive - Presales & Sales - Real Estate (0-1 yrs)
- Attend telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.
- Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided in ERP system.
- Give details about the projects for online enquiry and convert them to Site Visit.
- Responsible for listing and selling flats.
- Following-up with the clients until the leads get closed
- Generating site visits and Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls and Emails.
- Should maintain the CRM and ERP Systems.
- Should assist their Supervisors from the Marketing & Sales Team.
- Develop business by Lead generation etc.
- Understanding of customer requirements, implement marketing activities to acquire targeted prospects. Market analysis and research, Preparation of Report & MIS.
- She should have a go getter attitude and Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
