Roles and Responsibilities :
Site Visit Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm site visits for prospective clients based on their availability and preferences.
- Provide clients with all necessary details, including location, time, and project highlights, to ensure a smooth visit experience.
Follow-ups:
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients post-site visits to gather feedback, address queries, and encourage next steps in the sales process.
- Maintain consistent communication to build rapport and move clients closer to conversion.
Client Engagement:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil to engage potential clients and understand their property needs.
- Build trust and provide detailed project information to generate interest in site visits.
CRM Management:
- Log and update all client interactions, site visit schedules, and follow-up details in the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from presales to closure post-site visits.
- Align with marketing teams to prioritize and schedule leads effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) with basic communication skills in English or other languages.
- Experience in telecalling, client interaction, or presales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple site visit bookings and follow-ups efficiently.
