Executive - Presales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
Job Location:Bangalore
Education: Any graduate, MBA preferred
- Minimum 1 years experience in Real estate or financial domain.
- As the Pre-Sales Executive, you will be helping us in planning, preparing and delivering demonstrations and presentations in response to market opportunities, client and internal requirements.
What you will do:
- Acting in an administrative capacity to facilitate and fulfill regular presales queries, CRM / updates and reporting
- Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team
- Working closely with the Sales team in developing sales strategy and creating marketing concepts
- Attending telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects
- Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads
- Doing regular follow-ups with customers and prospective clientsuntil the leads get closed
- Proactively developing and creating client relationships
- Communicating with clients via telephone, face-to-face and written communication
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Handling Client Relationship Management, managing calls, collecting information and updating the database
- Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business
- Maintaining an inventory of sales materials and supplies, such as brochures, promotional items and product samples, and ensure that all sales representatives have an adequate inventory of these materials on-hand
