Executive - Presales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Identify the customer's need & propose the right option.
- Provide Customers with appropriate info about the projects(Residential & Commercial).
- Influence the customer to visit the project site.
- Prepare & send daily report
- Good Comms Skills in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Making outgoing calls to customers/Developers
- Convincing customers and closing the final deals
- Updating entries in CRM
Candidate Profile :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate calling
- Track record of successfully closed deals in the residential real estate
- Understanding of customers needs and wants related to properties
- Strong convincing skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
Rotational Weekly off : Between Tuesday to Friday
Location : Bhandup - West, Nearby Station
