Executive - Presales - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)

As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in introducing potential clients to our real estate offerings and guiding them through the initial stages of the sales process. Your excellent communication skills, coupled with your passion for real estate, will contribute to the growth and success of our business. This role is open to both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers with exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities :

- Engage with prospective clients over various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

- Introduce clients to our portfolio of properties, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential.

- Understand the needs and preferences of clients to recommend suitable properties that match their requirements.

- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about property pricing, availability, and terms.

- Coordinate property viewings for clients and accompany them during the visits.

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Maintain a database of client interactions, updating contact information, preferences, and feedback.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and goals as set by the management.

Qualifications :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

- Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to learn and grow.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- A proactive and positive attitude, with a customer-eccentric approach.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Basic knowledge of real estate practices and terminology is a plus.

- Prior sales experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
