Executive - Presales/Inside Sales - Real Estate (2-8 yrs)
Location : Vashi (Vishwaroop IT park)
Working days : 6 (1 rotational week off)
Job Description :
- Excellent communication skills and willing to work in the voice process.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Convince/encourage clients for site visits.
- Actively pursue leads and convert them to sales.
- Manage sales leads by providing response to clients maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitating complete virtual walk through of the project.
- Analyze client requirements and assist them with their queries and clarifications.
- Build an on-going relationship with existing clients and potential clients.
- Coordinate client site visit with the onsite sales team.
- Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computers.
Language Preferred : English, Hindi
