Executive - Presales - BFSI (0-2 yrs)
- Identify such corporate by cold calling / Data base calling.
- Going out on field and identifying the key decision makers.
- Give a presales presentation and fixing an appointment for the Sales Managers.
- Doing documentation at the customers office.
- Ensuring correspondence between Amex and the customers.
- Getting additional documents from the customer- s, if required at any stage of processing
- Servicing the account after the card has been set up and ensuring timely payments.
