The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in the sales process, providing technical expertise and product knowledge to prospective clients. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, demonstrating the value of our employee engagement platform, and ensuring successful pre-sales engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales, with specific experience in employee engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Support :

- Partner with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities, understand customer requirements, and develop tailored solutions.

- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our employee engagement platform.

- Create and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that address customer needs and showcase the value of our solution.

Technical Expertise :

- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on our employee engagement platform, providing deep product knowledge and expertise.

- Address technical questions and concerns from prospective clients, ensuring a clear understanding of our platform's capabilities and advantages.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to stay current on product updates, new features, and enhancements.

Customer Engagement :

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective client organizations, understanding their business challenges and objectives.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement efforts.

- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, ensuring comprehensive and accurate information is provided.

Training & Development :

- Develop and deliver training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of our employee engagement platform and its competitive positioning.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to continuously improve pre-sales strategies and approaches.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with a strong preference for experience in employee engagement solutions or HR technology.

- Proven track record of successful pre-sales engagements and supporting complex sales cycles.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
