Executive - Presales (1-3 yrs)
Role Definition
Executive - Presales is one who is responsible for attending the prospect customer enquire via phone / mails / walk-ins and setting up meetings with sales team and continuously follow-up with prospect customer for closure.
Executive - Presales representatives work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
Responsibility Deliverable
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Sharing the quotation & design.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Tasks & Activities
- Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
- Receive customer phone calls; provide support to customers and contractors via phone and in person.
- Provide information and technical information about interior project and prices.
- Investigate and research all customer inquiries and concerns and follow-up promptly with the customer.
- Help customers with design ideas/problems; provide customer feedback to management.
- Identifying prospective clients and allocating to generate business & achieving increased sales growth thus catalyzing profitability.
- Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
- Attend training meetings, seminars, bimonthly sales meetings as required
