The Job :
Our client is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving growth through paid media.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage display advertising campaigns, including programmatic buying and retargeting strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize budget allocation across channels.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing within Professional Services industry.
- You have working knowledge of Growth Marketing, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Campaign Management, Market Research, Lead Generation and Negotiation Skill
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
