Executive - Performance Marketing - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Manage all paid channels including Google, Facebook, Programmatic and Affiliates
- Work with business teams to build city and category level plans
- Work with internal team and digital agency to execute plans seamlessly
- Own weekly goals on number of acquisitions and CPA
- Help drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key performance marketing metrics and KPIs
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
Requirements :
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing
- Should be able to scale acquisitions while reducing CPA by finding efficiencies in channels and channel-mix
- Excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Has 5 years of relevant experience
- Has managed a spend scale of at least 2 crores per month.
