Executive - Performance Marketing - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop performance marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign goals to measure success.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other digital campaigns.
- Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with the target audience.
- Implement tracking mechanisms to accurately measure conversions and user interactions.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Optimize campaigns to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to refine ad creatives, headlines, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Interpret test results and implement changes based on data-driven insights.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocate funds across campaigns, and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Monitor and adjust budgets based on campaign performance and seasonality.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to enhance landing page design and user experience to maximize conversions.
- Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Generate regular performance reports that showcase campaign results, key metrics, and actionable insights.
- Provide clear and concise recommendations for optimizing campaigns and achieving marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand and campaigns in the market.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within the D2C or e-commerce sector.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad networks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel for reporting and data manipulation.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and visuals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation tools is desirable
