Executive - Performance Marketing - eCommerce (1-5 yrs)
Our client is one of the strongest brands in the Bakery category, having a 25000 sq ft state-of-the-art centralized manufacturing facility with European equipment near Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The founding team consists of a 'Master Baker' from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris, one of the finest culinary institutes in the world and an IIM-A alumni with a McKinsey background.
Responsibilities :
Campaign Management : Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Ecommerce platforms.
Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies for better ROI.
Budget Management : Manage and allocate budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance and minimize costs.
Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand management, sales, and creative, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously enhance skills and strategies.
Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and future strategies to stakeholders.
A/B Testing : Execute A/B testing and other experiments to identify the most effective marketing approaches.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in managing ads platform of Amazon/Flipkart
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and other analytical tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
