Job Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in email and WhatsApp marketing to drive lead generation, user engagement, and customer retention for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing and come from an engineering background to ensure a data-driven approach to campaign execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Email & WhatsApp Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize email and WhatsApp campaigns for lead generation, acquisition, and retention.

- Set up and manage automated drip campaigns based on customer segments and lifecycle stages.

- Utilize tools like Aisensy, MyOperator WhatsApp, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, and Mixpanel to drive impactful campaigns.

Webinar Promotions:

- Plan and promote webinars to drive user engagement.

- Set up automated email and WhatsApp notifications to maximize registrations and attendance.

- Track and analyze webinar performance metrics and follow-up engagement.

Data Analysis & Insights:

- Leverage advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.

- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and ROI.

- Generate performance reports and dashboards for continuous optimization.

CRM & Tool Integration:

- Integrate marketing automation tools with Zoho CRM for effective lead management.

- Maintain segmented customer databases for personalized communication and targeting.

Paid Ads Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads to complement email and WhatsApp campaigns.

- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization for maximum impact.

Campaign Tracking & Analytics:

- Utilize Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and tracking tools to monitor user behavior and campaign effectiveness.

- Implement UTM parameters and other tracking mechanisms for accurate performance measurement.

- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

Collaboration & Innovation:

- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create engaging marketing assets.

- Stay updated on the latest SaaS marketing trends, tools, and techniques.

- Experiment with new marketing strategies and automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing for SaaS products.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any stream).

- Expertise in email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns with tools like Aisensy, MyOperator WhatsApp, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Marketing Automation, and Mixpanel.

- Proficiency in Zoho CRM and its integration capabilities.

- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Facebook and Google Ads campaign management.

- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and campaign tracking tools.

- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
