Executive - Performance Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing efforts, focusing primarily on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing paid advertising strategies and maximizing ROI through data-driven decision-making. In addition, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence to support brand growth. Key Responsibilities :
Performance Marketing (Primary Focus) :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
- Manage PPC and paid social media advertising with a focus on driving conversions and increasing ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights for optimization.
- Manage budgets across various platforms, ensuring efficient ad spend and allocation.
- Continuously experiment with A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, audience segmentation) to improve conversion rates.
Social Media Management (Secondary Focus) :
- Assist in executing social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop engaging and relevant content.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends and competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Grow Greensoul's social media following and engagement by delivering high-quality, engaging content.
Analytics & Reporting :
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) for all campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Use platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Key Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, and Meta platforms.
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, bid management, and ad optimization.
- Experience in managing social media marketing campaigns and understanding of how paid and organic strategies work together.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising, and other performance marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can execute campaigns from concept to completion with minimal oversight.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Previous experience in a D2C brand or e-commerce company.
- Strong understanding of SEO and how it relates to paid media.
- Experience with email marketing and retargeting strategies.
