Executive - Performance Marketing (1-4 yrs)
I am hiring for the role of Performance Marketing Executive role, for a leading global PR and marketing agency.
This role includes planning and execution of all aspects of a company's online marketing strategy, including market research and targeting, social media outreach, search engine optimization, newsletters and direct campaigns, lead generation, brand building, and conversion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing multiple digital media platforms (AdWords, Facebook, twitter etc.) including digital media planning, launching, executing and delivering on digital media campaigns
- Analyzing and optimization of the ongoing search and social media campaign performance to achieve the target for the client
- Monitoring of campaign deliveries to ensure campaigns are running as expected and targeting objectives are met
- Making MOM or quarterly report to analyze the campaign performance delivered
- Building up search, social plans and budgeting
- Implement and setup pixel, tracker and other background technical work
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-3 years of experience in SEM and Social Media Campaigns (Facebook and Twitter)
- Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Advertising/Marketing/Communication
- Social media and Search Marketing expert
- Hands on experience on AMS (Amazon Marketing Solution) will be an added advantage
