Executive - Performance Marketing (1-2 yrs)

Search Performance Analysis:

1. Assist Account Managers in conducting detailed analyses of search performance across various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Keyword Performance Management:

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of keyword performance, including search volumes, conversion rates, and cost-per-click metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve keyword targeting and strategy.

Budget Management:

1. Manage daily advertising budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring that campaigns are running efficiently and effectively while staying within budget limits.

Weekly Reporting:

1. Create and publish weekly performance reports detailing key metrics such as click- through rates (CTR), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and overall performance across all channels. Present insights to the team for ongoing optimization.

Strategy Development:

1. Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and refine performance marketing strategies across all platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Campaign Optimization:


1. Regularly review and optimize campaigns for maximum performance, including adjustments to targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

1. Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and product, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts and strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a strong focus on search performance on Quick Commerce & Ecommerce channels. Experience in Google and Meta Ads is a Plus.

3. Hands-on experience in e-commerce and quick commerce channels (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Grofers, etc.).

4. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Advanced Excel, Google Analytics, and other performance marketing tools.

5. Strong understanding of CPC, ROAS, CTR and other performance metrics.

6. Experience in budget management and cost optimization across various channels.

Must Haves:

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Strong Stakeholder Management for both Internal and External Stakeholders.
