Executive - Patient/Customer Support - Healthcare (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Answering questions about our clinic & services - for walk in patients and telephonically
- Asking questions to understand patient requirements & convert calls to appointments
- Helping patient in the PRC's workflow as per system manual. Greet, Register, Introduce visitor/ patient to the SOPs of PRC
- Connect & Communicate with patients - on Facebook, Whatsapp, phone & in person
- Corporate tie - up facilitation for promotional activities
Requirements :
- Proven experience as front officer representative or other customer service role
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- 10+2 essential, Graduation will be a plus
- Ability to connect using social media - Whatsapp, Facebook, Traditional methods - Phone, post mail etc.
