Executive - Partnerships and Alliances Team - Marketing Service (1-2 yrs)
A member of the Partnership and Alliance Team, he / she will be responsible for driving partnerships and alliances for product categories at Big City. He/She will represent company and its client campaigns to drive partnerships within assigned territories. The candidate should be able to work on strict deadlines and act as an integral part of the campaigns success. He / She would be measured with the number of new partnerships he/she builds in and most importantly, in retaining these partners for longer tenure.
Some of the key job indicators include:
- Sell Companys Marketing Services to our Target Audience comprising of Experiential Business in India (Includes Salons, Spas, Restaurants, Night Clubs, and other experiential venues)
- Successfully renew and negotiate existing relationships with better deals.
- Build strong professional relationship with the partners and nurture these associations for long-lasting partnerships.
- Effectively report into the head of division and work closely with the team to ideate and create newer product categories for the clients.
- Become the partners relationship manager and move the relationship with partners from tactical to strategic
- Keen eye to the market around, to ensure you are on top of the game.
- Creating products and Alliances with large national brands for Cross Promotions and Loyalty Programs.
- Effectively Negotiate with Senior Management of above mentioned audience, National Heads, Business Owners and generate Impact.
- Build Long Lasting relationships with partners/suppliers by exceptional client servicing and account Management.
- Maintain structured database records and undertake regular follow-ups with service providers.
- Possess high energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to maintain consistent levels of achievement.
- Most Importantly Deliver Results for our Partner Brands by understanding their business and recommending suitable solutions basis options available.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Previous Experience in Corporate Business Development, B2B Sales, Alliances, Partnerships - Preferred.
- Experience in Sales/business development (within India) - Mandatory.
- Bright, energetic professional extraordinary communication skills and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
-Strong Negotiating Skills.
- Ability to sell to senior management and business owners.
- Self-motivated, self-driven, quick learner, willing to take up challenges and initiatives.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Must have a high standard of accountability and demonstrate level of concern for work output.
- The candidate should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore on immediate basis.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 6 months to 2 years
Annual CTC: upto 3.4 lacs
