Executive - Partnership Management - IT (2-4 yrs)
1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
2. Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
3. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations
4. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
5. Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
6. Channel Managers are the key point of contact between their employer and channel partners. Performing this duty takes excellent customer service skills, and also involves negotiating contracts.
7. Developing and maintaining partner and prospective partner relationships through the use of CRM software
