Executive - Paid Media (2-8 yrs)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and analytical PPC/Paid Media Executive to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid advertising strategies, possess excellent analytical skills, and be comfortable working with both creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- Monitor and report on key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Keyword Research & Targeting:
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for paid campaigns.
- Set up audience targeting, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to refine targeting for best performance.
Ad Copy & Creative Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads align with the client's brand and messaging.
- Write compelling ad copy and create effective landing page strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.
- Generate reports and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website performance and campaign attribution.
Budget Management:
- Manage and optimize client budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective and deliver results within agreed-upon spend limits.
- Provide budget forecasts and spend analysis reports to clients.
Client Communication:
- Maintain clear communication with clients, offering insights and updates on campaign performance.
- Attend client meetings and provide strategic advice on paid media opportunities.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media tools.
- Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
