Executive - Outside Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
The Outside Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business by meeting with clients in person, building lasting relationships, and closing sales to meet company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in outside sales or field sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Goal-oriented with a drive for success and exceeding sales targets.
