The Outside Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing insurance sales through the field agency network. This role involves recruiting new agents, providing training and ongoing support, monitoring performance, and ensuring agents meet sales targets in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Attract and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.
- Conduct in-field training to enhance agent knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist agents with sales strategies, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Track agent sales, provide feedback, and ensure targets are met.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

- 1+ year of sales experience
- Graduate
- Local preferable
