Executive - Outbound sales/Telesales - Education (2-10 yrs)
Position- Education Counselling Cum Business Development Associate
Job Location - Mumbai/Borivali - Work form office
Qualification - Graduation/ Post Graduation
Experience - 2+ years (tele sales/ experience)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Talk to parents/students and explain the various services offered by the client
- Create and maintain a database of potential leads. Ensure regular follow up on potential leads
- Adhere to contact center productivity metrics - talk duration, number of calls 100 - 150 etc
- Ensure regular follow up on potential leads
- Providing Inbound/Outbound support to prospect student's leads to enroll in the courses provided by client
Skills
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
- Strong follow-up skills
- Positive and convincing skills
- Goal oriented, Self-driven and highly motivated individual with high aptitude
- Problem solving and strategic thinking approach
- Well versed with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite
- Knowledge of overseas education would be an added advantage
