Roles and Responsibilities:
- As an Outbound Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and engage with potential clients, ultimately converting them into customers.
- You will be working within a dynamic sales environment, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building with leads.
-Successful candidates are required to have a Versant 4 score, demonstrating strong communication skills that are essential for this role.
- The position offers flexibility with rotational shifts within an 8 AM to 8 PM window, and the fixed day off is Monday.
- Five days of training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed and excel in this position.
Salary:
- We offer a competitive salary, tailored to your experience:
- Freshers: 21,000 CTC
- Experienced: 23,550 CTC
With an immediate joining requirement, we are looking for candidates who are ready to start immediately.
