Executive - Outbound Sales - IT (2-6 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, with a strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on their needs and fit with our target market.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our IT solutions and address customer objections.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
