Executive - Outbound Sales - IT (1-2 yrs)

Eligibility Criteria :

1. Minimum Experience 1 to 2 Years in customer support, Inbound sales or B2B sales.

2. Graduation/B.Tech

3. Organizational skills & Good communication with professional English is must

4. Sufficient knowledge of business communications, including telephone, e-mail and business proposals

5. Prior work experience in sales of IT software products is an added advantage

Responsibilities :

- Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from outbound calls and follow-up with potential customers to sell IT Business Services products or services.

- Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date on daily basis.

- Manage the customer relationship from initial call, through close to resolve on the first call or escalate appropriately.

- Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent Business Services in a professional and courteous manner to prospects and customers.

- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge, industry information and competitive landscape.

- Reporting to the manager for the sales reports .

- We are looking for candidates who can communicate with local languages on Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Hindi etc.
