About Company : Chain of diagnostic labs and IVF clinics.
Position : Customer Care Executive (Outbound)

Job Location : Gurugram
Key Responsibilities :
- To make outgoing sales calls to interested customers - Data & Mails
- To inform them about Organization's Health packages and home collection services.
- To try and sell/ upsell the products and services to customers. Provide customers with product and service
information.
- Process orders, forms and applications. To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads from the customers out called.
- Follow up with customer calls where necessary.
- Take fresh bookings.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Compilation of Leads and Closures.
Communication:
- All the communication with clients/ corporates or customers queries are done via mails
- Inhouse and Outsource bookings are done on calls.
- Should understand customer's query and respond appropriately.
- Candidate should understand Hindi and English and communicate well. Also should be good in English in written communication.
