Executive - Outbound/Inbound Sales - Travel (0-1 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Make and handle outbound/inbound customer calls to promote and sell product/service and persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services.
- Making sure delivery timelines are met as promised to the customer.
- Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Proactively follow through and close on sales.
- Send or email product literature, brochures and other campaign material.
- Monitor competitors - products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
- Handle customer needs and requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
- Refer customers- needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
- Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
