Position Executive - Out Bound BD
Experience 2-3 years ( Females)
Function/Department Sales/Business Development
Location : Mumbai
Position Reporting to : Sr. Manager
A. Job Summary:
The role will provide crucial generation of business leads through proactive calling to prospects in the data base shared by company/ sourced through internet.
B. Key Result Areas:
- Calling out to the data base (generated at exhibitions/ directories) and explaining about the company and our product. Having minimum 25 conversations per day.
- Fixing minimum 3 meetings for sales people per day.
- Tracking all leads generated till logical closure.
- Sending daily, weekly and monthly report.
C. Key Activities:
- Actively source leads to call through database, directories, internet on daily basis.
- Understanding the business needs of prospects and suggesting our tanks as a possible solution.
- Sending introduction mails to all interested prospects
- Fixing up appointments for sales people to make formal face to face presentations.
- Forwarding the potential leads through these calls and forwarding the same to relevant sales person, distributors
- To check all enlisted websites, portals on daily basis for potential enquiries and buy the leads wherever required.
- Coordinate with sales/ applications engineer to send offers within stipulated time.
C. Key Competencies Required:
A. Functional:
- Min 2 -3 years in tele-calling role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Computer Proficiency especially in MS excel and MS word
B. Behavioral:
- Quick learner
- Polite and not easily flustered
- Diligent and patient
- Good communication skills
Educational:
- Graduate
